1. Credit-Based System

ZoomingWords operates on a credit-based payment model.
Users may purchase credits using real money. These credits can be used to access and generate digital copywriting and content-related services available on the Website.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used within the ZoomingWords platform.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Credit Purchases

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits are added to the user’s account.
  • Refunds will not be provided for unused or partially used credits.

2.2 Use of Credits

  • Once credits are used to access or generate services, those credits are non-reversible and non-refundable.
  • Results generated using credits are considered delivered digital content.

2.3 Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Technical failures on our side that prevent the delivery of purchased credits or services

Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, by purchasing credits and using them to access digital services, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

If credits have not been used, a refund within the 14-day period may be considered only if required by applicable law.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Permanent loss of remaining credits
  • Restriction from future use of the Website

We strongly encourage users to contact us first so we can resolve any payment-related issues promptly.

5. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and contest chargebacks in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the refund or chargeback process
